Gary E. Schwartz, Ph.D.
Gary E. Schwartz, Ph.D., is Professor of Psychology, Medicine, Neurology, Psychiatry, and Surgery at the University of Arizona, at the main campus in Tucson. In addition to teaching courses on health psychology and mind-body medicine, he is also director of the Human Energy Systems Laboratory.
In September 2002 he received a $1.8 million dollars award from the National Center on Complementary and Alternative Medicine of the National Institutes of Health to create a Center for Frontier Medicine in Biofield Science at the University of Arizona.
Gary received his Ph.D. in psychology from Harvard University in 1971 and was an assistant professor at Harvard for five years. He later served as a professor of psychology and psychiatry at Yale University, director of the Yale Psychophysiology Center, and co-director of the Yale Behavioral Medicine Clinic, before moving to Arizona in 1988.
He has published more than four hundred scientific papers, including six papers in the journal Science. Gary has also co-edited eleven academic books, and is co-author of three books, The Living Energy Universe (1999), The Afterlife Experiments (2002), and The G.O.D. Experiments (in press). He is a Fellow of the American Psychological Association, the Society for Behavioral Medicine, and the Academy for Behavioral Medicine Research. He received a Young Psychologist Award and an Early Career Award for Distinguished Research from the American Psychological Association.
He is highly experienced in speaking publicly about psychological and spiritual research, and is in high demand. He has been interviewed on major network television shows including Dateline and Good Morning America, as well as on MSNBC, Nightline and The O’Reilly Factor. His work has been the subject of documentaries and profiles on Discovery, HBO, Arts & Entertainment, Fox and the SciFi Channel, among others.
In the year 2001, Gary did more than 100 radio shows, including three evenings on Art Bell's Coast to Coast, and on PBS and CBC. His work has been described in various magazines and newspapers including USA Today, the London Times, and The New York Times, as well as a feature profile in Biography magazine.

Joseph B. Kennedy, Sr., Pol.D.
Dr. Joseph B. Kennedy, Sr. is retired CEO of Kennedy International Associates, a Think Tank formerly based in Washington D.C. He has traveled to China 67 times, served four U.S. Presidents as negotiator and friend of the government in China, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Singapore. He served President Carter in negotiations for peace in the Middle East meeting with Prime Minister Begin, Sadat, and President Carter. He was the chief negotiator in bringing diplomatic exchange between China and South Korea, for which he was awarded the degree of Doctor of Political Science from Chung-Ang University by order of the President of Korea.
Dr. Kennedy has arranged financing and interceded in sales negotiations for many international corporations and governments. He has consulted with international banks and financing companies in China, Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Indonesia, as well as India. He wrote the Business Plan for the creation of the International Investment Bank & Trust Co. under the new International Banking Center Regulatory Act, in the commonwealth of Puerto Rico. He formed the Ventanas Capital Corporation, a registered investor advisor and broker dealer in San Juan. Dr. Kennedy attended the Citicorp 17th annual 936 conference at Cerromar Hyatt Hotel in Dorado, Puerto Rico. He has consulted personally with the Presidents of the five largest banks in the world. He has served as consultant to and lectured at many universities and colleges.

Dr. Huibing He was elected to our Board in March 2005, replacing Mr. George Tompkins, who moved to our Board of Advisors.. The focus of her advanced education is the study of pastoral care and counseling. She holds a certificate in Pastoral Counseling and is a Certified Chaplain with two years special training in Hospital Care including care for those making passage.
